HALYARD SERVICES

Halyard is a service agency in Hyannis, MA serving adults with learning disabilities to live full, balanced and independent lives. 

 

Halyard was created by John and Sasha McNamara in 2004 and has grown into a thriving community of 30 clients and 7 amazing agent team members.

We have long drawn a comparison between sailing and life.

 

We all navigate the world with our skills and experience. We are best served when we make all of the necessary preparations, consider the elements, and chart our course toward success and happiness.

​

Inevitably, we will be forced to batten down the hatches and weather our share of storms.  We may also find ourselves off course from time to time. We may even decide to alter our course all together, but through all of the work, storms and sun filled days we will all make our way toward the horizon. At times defying and at times directing the elements around us.

It is our mission to provide the support of a halyard to our clients so that they may hoist their sails and set their best course toward success and fulfillment.
